Streamlined Referrals for Effective Care
Referrals
We understand the challenges professionals face when referring clients for medication management. We focus on creating a seamless experience for both you and your clients.
Our Approach
Our core values translate to a positive client experience.
Human-Centered, Collaborative Care
We treat clients with respect and involve them in their care. Because we specialize in treating ADHD, depression, and anxiety, our expertise extends beyond just a prescription.
Openings & Availability
We get it—time is of the essence when it comes to accessing care. When clients call during business hours, a human answers the phone. Emails and voicemails are returned within one business day, and appointments are scheduled within
1–2 weeks.
Active Listening & Clear Communication
We make sure clients feel heard and understood through every step of the process. They receive upfront communication about costs, treatment plans, and processes.
Face-to-Face Interaction & Quality Connections
We offer both in-person and virtual appointments so clients can choose the setting that best suits them, and we maintain consistent relationships with other providers.
A Celebrated Comfortable Environment
Clients feel right at home in our cozy, naturally lit office. Most people opt for face-to-face sessions because they enjoy coming in!
It’s important to us that our clients feel empowered and supported throughout their medication management journey. Our board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Carli Ruffner, takes a collaborative approach to treatment. She sees each person as part of a larger family system, and works closely with clients and their support networks to create individualized plans that truly address
their needs.
Logistics
Payment & Insurance
We accept only Cigna, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and self-pay. We do not work with other insurance providers.
We’re happy to verify benefits for new clients. Prior to their first appointment, we’ll send a cost estimate letting them know what’s covered and what they can expect to pay.
Getting Started
To get started, all clients need to do is call our office. We’ll ask a few questions to make sure we’re the right fit for their needs and schedule an appointment on the spot.
The first appointment is a 90-minute, in-person session to get to know the client, understand their needs, address their questions and concerns, and create a treatment plan.
Subsequent appointments take place as necessary to check clients’ progress and adjust their medication management plan as needed. These sessions can be virtual or in person.
Coordination of Care
At the client’s request, we can coordinate their care with you. We’ll communicate with you to develop a cohesive treatment plan and monitor your client’s progress.
Coordination of care is not covered by insurance. Out-of-pocket fees for this service are:
Up to 15 minutes: $25
16–30 minutes: $50
31–45 minutes: $75
46–60 minutes: $100
